Our products are personally delivered locally or may be shipped world-wide.  Some products will not be shipped during summer months due to the possiblity of melting, such as chocolates and other items, due to excessive heat.  For shipped items, we double wrap them in shrink-wrap to hold them in place and again with cellophane and ribbon to create an atractive presentation.

Orders are shipped or delivered as requested by the customer.  If we cannot commit to a specific date due to short notice or back-ordered items we will consult with the customer and arrange for delivery as appropriate.  Most local orders can be delivered or shipped within 24 hours of the date and time the order was received.  Please call for more information.

All orders, including web site orders, are processed in the order they are received and put on our delivery or shipping schedule in the order they are completed.  Rush or expedited orders may incur an additional charge, but the customer will be notified prior to order completion and be given the choice to request special handling.

We charge our customers only what the shippers charge us and the customer is responsible for any customs or duties assessed for international delivery.
Personal delivery fees are set in tiers for regular local delivery and more distant metropolitan delivery based on time and distance. traveled.  We reserve the right to switch shipping vendors at any time for any reason.  However, we will attempt to insure delivery on time as long as we have reasonable lead time on orders.

Shipping delays due to vendor, contractor or seasonal delays are beyond our control.  However, with enough lead time, we will attempt to meet delivery dates as best we can.  For example, if USPS or UPS requires a pickup by December 17th to insure delivery by Christmas, we must have your order at least a day or two before, and for larger orders a week or two is preferred depending on the size of the order.
