Our site uses PayPal and Google Checkout service as payment options. PayPal may request and store that information they need to complete the transaction. We have no control over that information once it is given to PayPal and are not responsible for any actions taken by PayPal. PayPal allows our customers to user their PayPal accounts to make payments, or to simply use one of the approved credit cards accepted by PayPal. We use their services to make it easier for our customers who use PayPal to shop online to purchase our products.

The Google Checkout service is run by Google, Inc. and while connected to their site, all information you provide is kept in a Google account, and managed by the Google Checkout service. The ID you create with Google Checkout identifies you to Google sites and makes purchases on our site or other sites that use Google Checkout easier for you. Google, Inc. is respnsible for that portion of your account data and any cookies or tracking information they collect. The Google Checkout service only shares with us that information that allows us to process your order and ship the product to you or to your intended delivery location. As part of our agreement with the Google Checkout service, they provide a payment guarantee, and if there is a problem with your account for payment or other activities, Google will contact you to resolve those issues. We will endeavor to cooperate with you and with Google and will provide copies of any information we retain of the aformentioned transaction or transactions in order to make a timely resolution. We will not give out any other information.

Likewise, if there is a problem between GSGB and a shipping service, whether our own local hand-delivery service, our extended area hand-delivery, or shipping by USPS, UPS, DHL, FedEx or any other shipping or courier service, the only information that we will release will be the information required to resolve the problem. This may include your name, address, contact information, size and weight of any package in transit, a description of the contents such as what would be sent with the package, our point of contact information with the shipper and any tracking numbers provided for the package in question. No personal information provided to us in any confidential communications will be released without your permission.

Privacy questions

If you have questions or concerns about our Customer Privacy Policy or data processing, please contact us and we will respond to your inquiry within 30 days, usually within a day or so. Naturally, if you notify us that you do not want us to use your information for a particular purpose, we will not do so.
