Order Policy
Orders Orders are handled in the order they are received, with the exception that very large orders will be interrupted as single basket orders come in. Thus, for large orders we ask for as much lead time as possible. All baskets are custom made to order, including our ready made selections. Rush or expedited order may incur an additional charge, but the customer will be notified prior to order completion and given a choice to request special handling. Pictures on our website and in our flyers are for example only. If a particular item is not available, we will let the customer know, and we will replace it with an item of similar or greater value in the same category. For example, a particular cracker or cheese item may be replaced with a different cracker from the same or different manufacturer or a different cheese flavor at our discretion, or by customer request. The depicted basket may also be replaced by a similar grade of basket based on quantities on hand. If a particular basket is no longer available, we reserve the right to use a basket of similar or higher value. For a particular look, if you want that specific basket, please contact us prior to placing the order to find out whether we have the basket in stock. We can also provide alternative containers instead of baskets for any depicted item. We may use a photo-box, plastic or glass specialty boxes, gift bags, or even plain brown or white boxes if requested by the customer. Returns Returns and cancellations are handled case by case. Our products are custom made to client specifications, or picked from a set of pre-made options. If a customer is dissatisfied with a product we will do our best to replace or upgrade that product with one of the same or greater value. If this is still unacceptable, we will accept returns as long as the product is unopened and has not been damaged by the end customer. Refunds will be made as appropriate to the situation. An order may be cancelled any time between the time of order and confirmation of shipping or hand delivery. Afterwards it will be handled as a return. Our products are comprised of individual gourmet food and specialty items and may not be restocked if suspected opened or tampered. Our policy is to make it right, case by case, in order to please our customers.
